Sarah graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2016 with an Honors Bachelor of Science specializing in Human Kinetics.

Sarah has had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients including: weight management, elderly, catastrophic motor vehicle accidents and elite level athletes such as AAA, Jr. A, CIS, NCAA & AHL hockey players.

As a competitive hockey player, Sarah sustained multiple injuries: concussions, subluxations, fractures and dislocations. She found Chiropractic care helped her return to hockey quickly. Years ago Sarah sustained a fracture to her lumbar spine paired with disc herniation and she again found Chiropractic was pivotal in helping to reduce pain, muscle spasms and decrease the numbness in her legs.

Sarah works part-time at our clinic as a Kinesiologist and assists with our Shift Concussion Program.
