Sarah was born in Brockville, ON and moved to Ottawa with her family as a child. She graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2016 with an Honours Bachelor of Science specializing in Human Kinetics.

Since graduating she has become a registered Kinesiologist and has had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients including: weight management, elderly, catastrophic motor vehicle accidents and elite level athletes such as AAA, Jr. A, CIS, NCAA & AHL hockey players.

She is currently enrolled at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy and working towards her M.OMSc. to become an Osteopath Manual Practitioner.

Sarah first began to receive Chiropractic care at the age of 11 to help with uneven hips. As a competitive hockey player, Sarah sustained multiple injuries: concussions, subluxations, fractures and dislocations. She found Chiropractic care helped her return to hockey quickly. Years ago Sarah sustained a fracture to her lumbar spine paired with disc herniation and she again found Chiropractic was pivotal in helping to reduce pain, muscle spasms and decrease the numbness in her legs.

Sarah works part-time at our clinic and is looking forward to greeting and assisting all patients.

Thankfully Chiropractic treatment  fully restored her from all of her injuries so that she could continue to take part in her many activities.

Chiropractic has also helped Kiersten with headaches, colds and sore muscles. Since Dr. Campbell is her father, Kiersten has been adjusted since birth and feels chiropractic has given her optimum health.
